1. This agreement
These terms are between Campulse.io and the school that opens an account. The person who opens it confirms they are authorised to accept these terms on the school's behalf.
2. The free trial
- The trial runs for 7 days from the day the account is created.
- It includes a fixed number of credits and limits on each tool, so a school can judge the product without using it to run a full term for free.
- No payment is taken to start a trial, and nothing renews automatically. When the trial ends, access pauses until the school chooses to subscribe.
- Work created during the trial is kept for 90 days, so a school that subscribes later does not start empty.
- One trial per school. Opening several accounts to extend a trial is not permitted.
3. Paying
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in Pakistani Rupees, in advance.
- Payment is by Easypaisa or JazzCash. The school sends the transaction reference and we confirm it.
- A reminder is sent before each due date. If payment is not received, there is a short grace period before the account is suspended.
- A suspended account is not deleted. Records remain, and access returns as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. A founding-member rate, where granted, is honoured for as long as the subscription runs without a break.
- Payments already made are not refunded for a part month, but a school may cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period it has paid for.
4. Accounts and access
- The school decides who gets an account and what each role can do.
- Sign-in details are personal. Sharing an account between staff makes the record of who did what meaningless, and the school is responsible for anything done under its accounts.
- Tell us promptly if an account has been compromised.
- Parents sign in with their CNIC and see only their own children.
5. Who owns what
Your data is yours. Students, staff, attendance, marks, reports, photographs, fees - all of it belongs to the school. We claim no ownership and we will not use it for anything beyond running the service for you.
What the AI produces is yours too. Lesson plans, worksheets, question papers and remarks generated for your school are yours to use, print and share.
The platform is ours. The software, design and name remain Campulse.io's. You may not copy it, resell access, or rebuild it from what you see.
6. Using the AI tools honestly
- AI output is a draft. Check it before it goes to a child or a parent. A question paper with a wrong answer in it is the school's responsibility, not the software's.
- Urdu grammar, mathematics and anything else that turns on exact correctness deserves a second pair of eyes.
- Credits are for the school's own teaching work. Automated or bulk generation beyond normal classroom use is not permitted.
7. What you must not do
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything about a child that the school has no right to hold.
- Try to reach another school's data, or test the security of the platform without written consent.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the platform.
- Use the parent portal to send parents anything other than school communication.
8. Availability
We work to keep Campulse available and to give notice before planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, internet and power are outside our control, and a school should not rely on Campulse as its only copy of anything legally required - exam records in particular.
9. Backups and export
We keep regular backups, but backups protect against our failures, not against a school deleting its own records. Schools can export their data at any time and should do so at the end of each term.
10. Ending the agreement
- A school may cancel at any time. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
- We may suspend an account for non-payment, or close one being used to break these terms.
- After closure, data is kept for 90 days so the school can export it, then deleted.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before withdrawing the service entirely.
11. Liability
Campulse is a tool used by people who remain responsible for their own decisions. We are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of something the software produced, for a salary figure a school approved, or for a report issued to a parent without being checked.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim.
12. Children
Campulse is used by school staff and parents, not by children. Accounts are not issued to students. A school entering a child's information confirms it has the right to do so under the arrangements it has with that child's parents.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Sindh have jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We will email the school's administrator before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Campulse after that date means the new terms are accepted.
